DocuSign Makes Digital Signatures Easier, Faster, and More Convenient in the Cloud

New DocuSign Digital Certificates, Powered by CoSign®, Offer Customers More Signing Options

RANCHOS PALOS VERDES, CA and SAN FRANCISCO, CA – WALL STREET JOURNAL ALL THINGS DIGITAL D11 – May 28, 2013 DocuSign, The Global Standard for eSignature®, announced a partnership with ARX, Inc., the providers of CoSign, to make digital signatures easier, faster, and more convenient than ever in the cloud. DocuSign will launch DocuSign Digital Certificates, powered by CoSign, to simplify and accelerate transactions where individual digital certificates are required. Under the agreement, ARX will also serve as a DocuSign referral partner offering its customers cloud-based electronic transaction solutions on the DocuSign Global Network.

The partnership will make standards-based digital certificates available on the trusted DocuSign Global Network of more than 37 million users in 188 countries. DocuSign will offer signing via a one-time-use digital certificate, as well as persistent digital certificate credentials that customers can purchase and use with their DocuSign account. Users will be able to apply those digital certificates to any document type, on any device, anywhere in the world. DocuSign Digital Certificates are the latest addition to the trusted DocuSign Global Network, which also includes credentials from SAFE-Biopharma, as well as identity proofing services from RSA and Authentify.
