DocuSign Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters' Option to Purchase Additional Shares

SAN FRANCISCO, May 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- DocuSign, Inc. announced the closing on May 1, 2018 of its initial public offering of 24,955,000 shares of common stock, including the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase 3,255,000 additional shares of common stock, at a price to the public of $29.00 per share.  In total, 19,314,182 of the shares were offered by DocuSign and 5,640,818 of the shares were offered by certain stockholders.  DocuSign did not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. The shares are listed for trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "DOCU."

Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities were additional book-running managers, and JMP Securities, Piper Jaffray and William Blair acted as co-managers for the offering.
